Introduction

z7bd is an online betting and casino platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform provides sports betting markets — with particular emphasis on cricket including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers series — alongside a full live casino lobby, slots, and handball betting. All transactions on z7bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via domestic mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with z7bd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between the Player and z7bd. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

z7bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at z7bd.io/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on z7bd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are registering from and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of z7bd or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from z7bd or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You do not have an existing active or suspended account on z7bd under any other name, email address, phone number, or payment method.

z7bd conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of the payment method used for deposits. z7bd reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle and to suspend withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one (1) registered account on z7bd. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify z7bd immediately of any changes via the support email at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. z7bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify z7bd immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

z7bd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that any registration information was false, misleading, or incomplete; that the account has been used in violation of these Terms; or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on z7bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion step — deposits and withdrawals are processed directly in BDT via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by z7bd, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits are credited to the z7bd wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. z7bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits — where the sending mobile wallet belongs to another person — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.
• z7bd does not charge a fee for deposits. Fees charged by your mobile financial service provider (if any) are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• z7bd targets a withdrawal processing time of one to three hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer outside business hours or during periods of high volume.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released. z7bd may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
• z7bd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if the account is under investigation for a potential breach of these Terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on z7bd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game category. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out in this section.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once z7bd has confirmed its acceptance. Confirmation is provided via an on-screen notification and a record in the player's bet history. Bets not confirmed are not valid.
• Minimum bet: The minimum stake for sports betting markets is ৳100. The minimum stake for slot spins is ৳10 per spin. Minimum stakes for live casino games vary by table and are displayed at the relevant table.
• Odds changes: In-play odds update in real time and reflect current match conditions. z7bd is not obligated to honour odds that were displayed due to a technical error or data feed fault. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided, at z7bd's discretion.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or if there is evidence that the event outcome was manipulated. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.
• Match-fixing and manipulation: z7bd reserves the right to withhold settlement of any bet where there is reasonable suspicion that the outcome of the underlying event was subject to manipulation, pending investigation. If manipulation is confirmed by the relevant sporting authority, affected bets will be voided.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, IHF for handball). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of z7bd based on the official governing body result is final.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout per single bet settlement event is ৳500,000 unless otherwise stated on the specific market. Accumulator bets may have different maximum payout caps as displayed at the time of bet placement.

Bonuses & Promotions

z7bd offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the platform. z7bd reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome or sign-up bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times by opening additional accounts is prohibited and constitutes abuse.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Withdrawal of real-money funds: Where an account holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds are used first for wagering, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Abuse and misuse: z7bd employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, z7bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reverse any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.
• Promotion amendments: z7bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice to individual players. This will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being played through.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z7bd:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one account on z7bd, whether in the same name or under different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, share hole-card information in a live poker or table game context, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the platform.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Match-fixing and insider trading: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in any way participating in or facilitating the fixing of a sporting event.
• Fraudulent payments: Using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method, chargebacks, or any other mechanism to obtain funds or credits on the platform without genuine intent to fulfil the corresponding payment obligation.
• Money laundering: Using z7bd for any purpose related to the concealment of the proceeds of criminal activity or for any transaction that would constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward z7bd staff, support agents, or other players.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting a software error, glitch, or pricing mistake to place bets at incorrect odds or to claim winnings that would not have been available under correct platform operation.

Intellectual Property

All content on z7bd, including but not limited to the z7bd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game integrations, data compilations, and structural layout, is owned by or licensed to z7bd and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z7bd platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from z7bd without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any z7bd software or game integration.
• Use z7bd's brand assets, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from z7bd using automated tools.

Game content displayed within the z7bd platform is owned by and licensed from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such games remain with the respective provider.

Privacy & Data

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7bd's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z7bd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, denial-of-service attacks, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
• Any errors, delays, or failures in the settlement of bets caused by incorrect data provided by a third-party data feed provider, where z7bd settles the bet in good faith based on that data.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access is attributable to the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits z7bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

z7bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. The revised Terms will be published at z7bd.io/terms-conditions with an updated effective date.

Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, z7bd will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via a platform notification or email to the registered address. However, it is each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting [email protected] before the revised Terms take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, with particular regard to the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

z7bd makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of z7bd is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the player and z7bd support shall be referred to binding arbitration under procedures agreed between the parties, or failing agreement, to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law. z7bd's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and platform integrity is final and binding subject only to manifest error.
